How to clean a leather bag?

Use a soft damp cloth with a drop of mild baby shampoo and clean.
Always test in an inconspicuous area of your bag first before applying to
the entire bag. We suggest trying first on the base of the bag or under a
flap for example.

There may be mold formation on your bag when it is not used for a very
long time. Wipe the bag with a soft damp cloth and moisturize the
leather with a mild leather conditioner.

Stains like Ink, Wine, oil are tough to remove. If the problem is beyond
your repair skills please mail us with photos of the issue and we can help
you further

How to maintain the bag?

Just like us, leather bags need to be maintained in order to age gracefully
and last many years. We recommend you to clean and moisturize your
bag every 6months. Leather conditioning cream or oil would work as a
good moisturizer. Kindly ensure that these products are free from
chemicals and have no color tints. Always test in an inconspicuous area
of your bag first before applying to the entire bag.

What if my bag gets wet?

If the bag gets wet, sometimes small bubbles appear on the leather,
which fades naturally over time. Dry your bag slowly at room
temperature. Speed drying under the fan or hairdryer, changes the
chemical structure of the leather and may end up cracking it. While
drying ensure the bag starts in the shape you want it to end up as.

How long does it take to dispatch the order?

Kindly allow us 15 working days to ship the product as most of our bags
are made to order. If a product is in ready stock we take 3 working days
to ship.

Can I return the bag?

If you notice a manufacture/ workmanship error on your newly
purchased product, a replacement will be provided. You can return the
bag within 2 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the item
is in new condition. Returned products must have their original
packaging, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches,
alterations, or any damage. We cannot accept returns on items with
monograms or customization and sale products. Please check our
returns and exchange policy for more details.

What’s your shipping policy?

We take 15 working days as lead-time to sip the product as most of our
bags are made to order. Orders above 10,000INR ships for free (Pan India
orders only).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Internationally via India speed post. The country you are
residing in is not listed in the website, please write to us with your
country and postal code. Our dispatch team will contact you within 2
working days.

Do you Monogram on Bags and accessories?

We’re happy to monogram your bag or accessory, kindly note that
300INR will be charged. We have no restrictions on the number of
characters but we suggest you keep it short. No refund/return policy
applies to monogram products.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! It can be used multiple times if there is a balance. You can combine a maximum of 2 gift cards at the time of check out. Gift cards are valid for a year from the date of purchase and cannot be canceled or refunded.

I see a defect on my bag?

All our leathers are premium quality and are tanned without any
hazardous chemicals. Scratches, Stretch marks and Irregularities in color
and texture are not considered as defects and reflect the authenticity of
our leather. If there is a manufacturing defect, kindly mail us at
contact@hydesstudio.in attaching the photo of the defect. We are more
than happy to sort out and will revert back within 2 working days.
